The $1 billion, 330-room resort, which opened in Monticello on February 8 as the last, and largest, of the state’s four commercial casinos, has named former Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun marketing guru Robert Victoria as CMO and filled four other top marketing posts with Foxwoods alumni, including two who also worked at Mohegan Sun. New York’s Resorts World Catskills is pumping up its marketing team with some seasoned Northeast muscle. Led by former Foxwoods CMO Robert Victoria, the team is stacked with Northeast gaming know-how. Resorts World Catskills, the newest and largest of New York’s new commercial casinos, has put together a marketing brain trust culled from some of the most experienced executives in the field.
